Prajot is in practice since 2001 and has more than 25 years of Secretarial and Corporate Legal work experience. He has worked with reputed companies like Bajaj Auto Finance Limited, Venky’s (India) Limited and Ashoka Buildcon Group. He has also worked with senior corporate law consultant. Since 2001, in practice, he has consulted many corporate, including MNCs and listed entities on various corporate legal matters. Prajot is a faculty in various seminars and conferences conducted by professional institutions. Prajot was Chairman of Pune Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Vishal is a Commerce Graduate and Fellow Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with a professional experience of more than 10 years in Corporate Law & Foreign Direct Investment matters. He has varied experience in other legislations focusing mainly on compliances of Companies and LLPs, wholly owned foreign subsidiaries, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Due Diligence Audits & Secretarial Assignments. Vishal has special exposure in handling issues under Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) in addition to the Company Law matters and has an experience of handling foreign subsidiaries & FDI Companies. He has also handled & conducted due diligence of a Multinational Companies. Vishal is elected to the Managing Committee of Pune Chapter of Western India Regional Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the term 2019-2023.

Jayesh has professional experience of around 5 years in Corporate Law matters. He is in practice since 2015 and has an experience of handling secretarial compliances of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs), Private Companies, Producer Companies and Listed Companies. He has also expertise in converting financial data into eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL).
